CellarStak™ SYSTEMS PACKS
for building any size or shape of wine rack.

SYSTEMS PACKS can be used for building any size or shape of wine rack up to whole or cellar fit-outs, with particular emphasis on your ability to custom configure the rack to make best use of  the space you have available for it.

Each pocket is 10.5 cm x 10.5 cm ( x 24cm long). Use these dimensions to work out how many pockets can be fitted into the available space. The pockets can be configured to almost any size or shape including close matching of contours in unusually shaped areas such as under stairways .

CellarStak stands alone for DIY custom assembly of bottle safe, “brick wall” like strong and secure wine racking.

Rack bottle capacity will be equal to the number of pockets plus the bottles that can be stored across the top of the rack.

Assembly & installation

CellarStak is assembled as columns* of pockets that you slide together using their inbuilt interlocking dovetail system. Racks are sturdy enough to be assembled away from the installation area and then light weight enough to be carried to it. A rubber mallet or similar is the only assembly tool required.

*DO NOT PRE-ASSEMBLE INDIVIDUAL POCKETS.

Racks taller than 12 pockets must be attached to a secure vertical surface. Wall Brackets for this purpose are free supplied with all rack orders containing 30 or more pockets.

Once assembled, a rack can usually be broken down into columns of assembled pockets. Breaking it down further into individual pockets is possible but time comsuming.
 

OPTIONAL EXTRAS

Top Plates can be fitted to add a finishing touch to a rack by ‘closing’ its top row of modules . They are generally only fitted to racks that have their top row of pockets at or below eye level. Fit one per top row pocket.

Feet can be fitted to prevent the bottom row of bottles resting on the floor. They can be spaced across the rack and add 2 cm to the rack height.

Display pockets. Are used to store and display the top row of bottles at an incline. They are not interchangeable with standard pockets and must be added after their host rack has been assembled. They can also be used in stand-alone applications.

Back-to–Back Brackets. Are required to join 2 racks back to back to allow access to both faces of the rack (e.g. Island racks as used in bottle shops). Can also be used to join two racks being installed as double depth racking. Locate at approximately every one metre of rack width and height.
