Delivery

Orders are delivered by STAR TRACK EXPRESS and are able to be tracked over the internet. Orders are left at the customers front door if no one is available to accept them unless alternate arrangements have been requested and agreed to at time of ordering.

Deliveries are not made to Post Office Box addresses

All orders except Borders Custom racking will usually be delivered within 7 to 10 working days of payment. Borders Custom racking will usually take 14 to 21 days.

Customers receiving very large orders requiring delivery on pallets will be given advance notice to allow them to make final delivery arrangements.

All deliveries are from our factory warehouse at Kilburn, South Australia, and quoted delivery times and prices are for deliveries within Australia only.
