Warranty & Returns

All product, except Borders custom racking, can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the original order value; conditional upon goods being returned in their as-delivered condition.

All goods are warranted to be of good quality and suitable for their intended purpose for a period of 24 months after delivery.

Warranty does not apply to damage resulting from incorrect or improper assembly, dis-assembly, relocation or use.

The delivery charges associated with goods being returned to us for any reason are to be pre-paid by the sender unless otherwise agreed to in writing by us prior to their being dispatched.
